Corporate Governance Guidelines

The Board of Executive committee has established Corporate Governance Guidelines which provide a framework for the effective governance of the Company. The guidelines refer to the set of systems, principles, practices and processes by which ARKAD is governed. ARKAD strongly believes that a robust governance framework, based on best practices, can contribute to the success and long-term sustainability of ARKAD businesses, as well as to the economic stability, growth and job creation.

Oversight and Supervising:

Executive Committee

This committee supports the CEO and engages in decision making providing organizational direction on behalf of the board and advising the board on decisions and business matters ranging from strategy planning, policy, investment and risk and recommendation for Future Board Consideration.

Audit Committee

This committee is responsible for oversight of internal and external audits activities, accounting policies, financial reporting, risk management and internal control processes

Board Steering Committee

This committee is responsible for oversight and review of business performance of the company, providing recommendation on compliance with ARKAD policies, and reporting financial and non-financial information.
